A demo version
of New York City X is provided. This is a fully functional
freeware scenery, perfectly aligned with the full payware
version. This ensures no problems with online (VATSIM, IVAO and
multiplayer) flying in case some users have the payware scenery
and some don't. The demo gives you the most important (largest)
downtown buildings with a low quality photoreal ground for
Manhattan area, as well as low quality heliports. Demo sceneries are
available on our website and on other websites with FS freeware add-ons

creator Stanislaw Drzewiecki says this is the most complex
scenery add-on for flight simulators, he is not exaggerating.
It is definitely the most complex I have seen, and I have
reviewed a wide selection of them from various developers.
Its viewing is good from most altitudes such as helicopter
level, arriving and departing commercial flights, and
transiting flights. Flying over the congested buildings of
lower Manhattan produces a genuine sense of being there as
we peer down to the streets between block after block of
realistic skyscrapers and other buildings. A similar sense
is gained over Brooklyn, Queens, and Newark. Simply flying
past these buildings and bridges in real life is stunning,
and this scenery recreates those sensations. Flight simmers
with new operating systems and high-capacity computers
should be able to use this demanding scenery, but simmers
with old systems and/or low-capacity computers might not be
able to use it."
