Drzewiecki Design

pronounced: je (as in Jerry) vie (as in Vienna) tskey - jeviètskey

The group was officially established in 2006 however we develop high quality flight simulator add-ons since 2003. We are a group of aviation enthusiasts united by our love for flight simulators, airport design and flying in general. Our website contains a number of different sections devoted to a wide range of topics. We run a discussion forum, helping the less experienced users as much as we can. More advanced virtual pilots are encouraged to look at our "Home Cockpit" section, which gives them instructions on how to build various types of their own cockpits at home. We also offer virtual transport services in VATSIM network (known as Drzewieki Design Air Transport) and organize fly-ins online. Our goal in airport design is not to compromise on quality, precision and accuracy of textures, models and all codes and tweaks. The best quality and minimum frame rate impact is our priority in scenery designing. We hope that our work will inspire you to explore the areas of virtual flying in a more realistic way and encourage you to think more creatively about your own passions.

Our team:

Stanisław Drzewiecki

President, designer, webmaster, forum administrator, DDAT pilot and more :)

Welcome to Drzewiecki Design group's website dedicated to virtual aviation, 3D modeling and home cockpits construction. The website gave us a great opportunity of sharing our passion of virtual flying and designing. The idea of making Drzewiecki Design group as it is today, took-off in 2005 and in 2008 it was registered as a company. From that time many new projects were "airborned" and Drzewiecki Design gained some new members. Since April 2009 we are present in flight simulator stores. Welcome to our site, explore and dream on.  Passion is priceless!

Łukasz Kubacki

Designer

My name is Łukasz and I am historian by profession. I work in the Polish History Museum and I am responsible for the exhibitions. I am interested in history of Polish aviation between 1918 and 1939 the most, both civil and military. I also like the FS series and I like to build sceneries of some vintage and general aviation aerodromes of Poland.

Jakub Pączek

Designer

Jakub was born in 1988 near Rzeszów city. He is interested in modern civil aviation. He took part in such projects as EPWA 1.9, EPLL 2007, EPGO 2007 and EPBY 2008. He was an author of EPML 2007 and many objects from "VFR Poland 3D Landmarks" add-on. His newest release is Polish Airports vol.1. Jakub is known for his passion and accuracy. His motto is: "if something is not done yet by others, do it yourself".

Piotr Pajor

Designer

My adventure with MSFS started from spotting - I loved taking pictures of taking-off and landing aircafts while talking to other people interested in aviation and aviation photography. Some of those guys told me about Microsoft Flight Simulator series. As soon as I tried virtual flying I wanted to enchance the FS world. My first scenery was EPLL Łódź airport in Poland. Then a second version of this scenery was designed, with high quality buildings and ground aerial photo textures. Currently I am working on several other scenery projects which you can see on my website.

Michael Vladar

X-plane expert

My profession is music and I play timpani in an orchestra in Vienna. I travel a lot and get more and more interested in "flying" itself. I started my virtual flying experience with  X-plane in 2003. Since 2005 it became possible to convert MSFS sceneries for X-plane, which gives X-plane more possibilities to fly around in different virtual places, so I started redesigning and adopting those MSFS sceneries to use with X-plane.

Margot Zarzycka

Honorary Member of the team

(Translater and proofreader)

I have been interested in aviation since I was a little girl. I used to built kites and loved to fly them in the air. One of my secret dreams was to fly alone in a white, slender glider through a gorgeous rocky landscape. Now I live in the United States, work as a professional musician and fly on regular bases. It is my pleasure to work as a proofreader for Drzewiecki Design group.
